AI Operations Manager – Business Process Automation (m/f)

Your role
Join Dümpelfeld Partners GmbH in Düsseldorf. We are hiring one person for this position, starting as soon as possible. You will work on internal applications and client projects, supported by a small technical team with its own team lead.
Your responsibilities
- Map recurring processes and prioritise suitable AI use cases.
- Introduce and operate AI-enabled workflows with business teams.
- Manage quality, exceptions, effort and human approvals in daily operation.
Your profile
Professional; 3+ years; career changers welcome
- Experience in process management or operations
- Practical experience with LLM tools and no-code/low-code automation
- Strong delivery skills and ownership of ongoing operations
Your first 90 days
Map and prioritise three core internal workflows, such as CRM maintenance, reporting or proposal preparation, and put at least one automation into production.
