AI Knowledge & Enablement Manager (m/f)

Your role
Join Dümpelfeld Partners GmbH in Düsseldorf. We are hiring one person for this position, starting as soon as possible. You will work on internal applications and client projects, supported by a small technical team with its own team lead.
Your responsibilities
- Structure subject-matter knowledge and working templates with content owners.
- Develop quality-checked AI assistants, guidance and training.
- Organise feedback, source maintenance and approvals for internal knowledge resources.
Your profile
Professional; 3+ years; career changers welcome
- Experience in knowledge management, training or enablement
- Confident, practical use of LLM tools
- Strong teaching and writing skills
Your first 90 days
Build a central knowledge base of methods, templates and prompts and deliver the first AI training session for the DP team or the Academy.
